Watson Land Services currently is operating out of Estevan and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan as well as agents based within Yorkton and Swift Current, Saskatchewan. This geographical advantage minimizes travel time and increases efficiency. We know and have dealt with many landowners, RMs, other stakeholders (such as First Nations, Environmental regulators) during land acquisition and recognize their needs and concerns. We have established a rapport with municipal authorities and law firms across the province. Our understanding of the local conditions including governing regulations and rates for compensation makes us the wise choice.

The Watson Team strives to set standards of excellence in all aspects of the land business. Exceptional services along with superior value define our work ethics. Our staffs are experts in land acquisition, freehold mineral leasing, contract negotiations and administration and project management. Our professional team of project managers, land agent and land administrators has completed numerous projects with successful track records. Our land agents collectively provide the combined benefit of licensed land agent education and being involved in the farming community. This background provides our land agents with the skills required for successful negotiations.

Our administration staffs have the expertise required to provide support to our land agents. They are able to tackle any size of project. Accurate document preparation, third party consents, and reporting are handled quickly and efficiently.

Safety is an integral component of Watson culture. The objective of our safety program is zero workplace injuries and work-related illness. This is achieved by increasing health and safety awareness for all workers through appropriate training and accountability acknowledgement.
